Your layout must be designed by you and no other. Pre-made layouts are out of the question. Don't even think about sending me an application if your layout isn't made by you.

I'm not to picky on what sites I accept: Blogs, design resources, portfolios, domains, etc. As long as I can see you really place thought into your design and content. Also you must link back as I will do with you. It's only fair.
